Taking this shoot into view as a one off shoot will help us navigate pricing and ideas better. Here are my thoughts.
Pricing
We will go by day rates for everyone on the shoot. My team is usually about 5 people. Their day rates are set at $850. This can go up to 8 people or down to just me depending on budget.
Renting gear is where most of the budget will likely go.
Canon R6 (3) - $80 x 3 = $240
Anamorphic Lenses (2) - $167 x 2 = $334
Monitors (3) - $57 x 3 = $171
Amaran 200x (8) $29 x 8 = $232
C Stands (8) $60 x 8 = $480
Sandbags (8) $23 x 8 = $184

Our vision
This is a day where we want to capture the essence of working with your dance studio. We want to paint the picture of a professional and luxurious environment. We will capture photo and video of things such as, behind the scenes, a choreographed dance, dance prep, teaching style, and interviews and sounds bites to tell the story of your studio. We also want to capture some basic "stock" photo and video to use across your website and branding for years to come.
